PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT | Catholic Medical Mission Board Zambia | Ndola.
Position summary: As an integral support member of the project team, the Administrative Assistant will facilitate smooth day-to-day operations of the project. The Project Administrative Assistant will ensure administrative and operational efficiency for project success. In addition, S/he will serve as the project’s receptionist.
Qualifications and Experience
- An Advanced Diploma in Business administration, a Degree will be an added advantage.
- Three (3) years relevant experience in business/nonprofit environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in providing support to USAID programs is an added advantage.
- Strong computer skills in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with business machines, including scanner, printer, photocopier and others.
- Ability to anticipate project needs and a willingness to assume tasks which may not be reflected in this position’s description.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communications skills, including strong writing/editing facility.
- Proficiency in English required.
