Our company is looking to hire marketing agents who will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the brand (DOREMI HAIR COLLECTION). As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide support to our marketing and sales teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
Marketing Agents Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Working closely with sales and marketing department.
- Giving presentations/reports.
- Maintaining a marketing database.
- Providing support to the marketing and sales team.
- Understanding company product and brand.
- Organizing market research.
- Analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate. A marketing Certificate or higher will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1 year or more work experience in a similar field (marketing of hair products)
- Should have experience in hair plaiting.
