The successful candidate must possess the following essential qualifications, skills and characteristics:

• A Grade 12 school certificate.
• A diploma in Agriculture studies or its equivalent from a reputable training institution.
• Must have good knowledge of Hatchery machines such as setters, incubators, chillers.
• 5 years work experience, a minimum of 3 years in a senior position in the Hatchery.
• Good command of spoken and write English.
• Pleasant interpersonal skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Female candidates possessing the necessary qualifications are encouraged to apply.
