The Council is inviting applications from suitably qualified Individuals for the position of College Principal at its College, David Livingstone College of Education (DALICE), which is a Teacher Training College in Livingstone.
Job Purpose
To manage and monitor the provision of teacher training at college level In order to produce quality teachers for Primary and Secondary Schools. The Principal is expected to manage effectively the staff and utilization of college resources in order to achieve the objectives of the institution. The Principal is also expected to ensure the promotion of Christian values as provided for in the CCZ College Code of Ethics and conduct .
Qualifications
• Zambian between 35 and 50 years old.
• Have a BA, Ed. or BS Ed or B E. a Master’s degree will be an added advantage An employee serving in the Ministry of General Education
• At least 5 years of practical experience of which 2 years is at Management level.
• Christian in good standing from CCZ member Church
