• Trade Tested Diesel Mechanic qualification essential
• Red Seal Certificate advantageous
• Computer literate
• Min of 4 years previous work experience in similar role with John Deere Farming Equipment and Tractors/Implements etc
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and work with staff essential
• Strong management skills essential
• Proven John Deere mechanic experience essential
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
