Executive Chef Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and experienced executive chef to join our company. The Executive Chef will need to be creative; develop new dishes, determine specials of the day, and put together a menu that feels fresh and exciting to our company’s executive directors and our distinguished guests.

Executive Chef Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the work responsibilities of the kitchen
  • Preparing cold foods
  • Keeping stations cleaned and organized
  • Following and creating recipes
  • Maintaining excellent hygiene

Executive Chef Requirements and Qualifications



  • Minimum 10 years of experience in directing kitchen and restaurant
  • Willingness to work hard and operate in a team structure
  • Diploma or Higher Degree in culinary art and food production
  • Knowledge of how to use a wide variety of kitchen equipment
  • Refined/ sophisticated palate
  • Great culinary imagination
  • Specialization in Mediterranean dishes
  • Good understanding of food chemistry
  • Leadership skills such as leading a team of cooks, teaching line cooks new recipe and managing a kitchen staff
  • Strong background in network support and computer applications
