| Job Description | Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia requires the services of a Fleet Team Leader reporting to Fleet & CDE Manager. To supervise Fleet maintenance teams in order to ensure fleet are maintained in good serviceable condition And that customer service and fleet availability is maintained to the highest standard The role will manage the day to day activities of the Fleet team and lead them in such a way as to ensure that the Fleet goals and objectives are understood and achieved through competent staff. |
| Key Duties & Responsibilities |

| Skills, Experience & Education | Grade 12 O Level with 6 credits or better
Minimum qualification: Diploma in mechanical Engineering or applicable qualification is added advantage At least 5 years’ as Fleet Mechanic 3 years’ experience at supervisory level in an FMCG environment Member of Zambia Institute of Engineering Accountability Administration Computer Skills Lead & Manage people Team Player, Self-motivation Customer/Client Service Orientation Strong cognitive skills (Judgement; analytical skills) Valid heavy duty Vehicle driver’s license |
