In line with its mission, the bank is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professional to fill the following vacancy:
LEGAL OFFICER (1)
Reporting to the Manager – Legal, the job holder will provide legal advice and support to the Bank and its various departments on all legal matters; review and ensure the efficient and proper perfection of all Bank Securities; support the Bank Secretary and Manager Legal on all legal matters including Board Secretarial duties; compile and write reasoned legal opinions as well as carry out research.
Minimum Requirements
a Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE equivalent;
- Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable University;
a Practicing Certificate from Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE); Advocate of the High Court of Zambia;
a Minimum of five (5) years at the Bar with at least three (3) years working experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, security perfection acquired through working in a bank or busy commercial law firm.
