Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies. Will be responsible for generating new business leads and ensuring old clients are happy.
Should have strong oral and written communication skills, excellent leadership skills We want to see a committed and approachable individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Make detailed monthly sales reports to Blacksmith Capital
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Manage the company’s social media communications
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
- Should have some knowledge in Automotive Industry
- A strong Social Media Handle
- 3 years of Experience in Marketing and Sales
- Experience in Virtual Marketing
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
