 Office Assistant – Administration

To assist in the smooth running of the Administration Department.

Qualification

Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma in Business Administration, Management or Human Resource Management, Degree will be an added advantage

Duties/Responsibilities

Daily employee attendance checks and supervisor of employees
NAPSA monthly returns submission and new member registration. and other Company related yearly documentations Workers compensation, Council, etc
Managing the Company’s Fleet RTSA documentation (RSL, Road Tax, Fitness), handling Insurance claims and renewals
Maintain and update company information
Answer queries by employees
Update office policies as needed



Skill/Attributes

Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
Solid knowledge of office procedures and basic knowledge of Human Resource management
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
