Property Management Officer – Africa panorama investments group limited

The Property Management Officer will have the overall responsibility of assigned residential and commercial properties under management, by satisfying the requirements of Africa panorama investments limited and the settling clients. to preserve and increase the value and integrity of the properties and to meet the financial objectives of the  Project.

QUALIFICATIONS.

Degree /Diploma in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field

Experience as a property manager or in a similar role.

Working experience in property regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

Mature enough to present Clients concerns.

Aged between 25 and 35 years old.
