PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To sell the electronic version of the Zambia Daily Mail newspaper on commission basis. In the designated territory. This role will be answerable to the company Distribution Manager.

CORE DUTIES:

Sell the electronic version of the Zambia Daily Mail to identified targets in the designated territory.
Renew expiring subscriptions
Develop customer databases
Act as a two-way link between the company and the market in the execution of e-Paper sales.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Full Grade 12 school certificate with at least five “0” levels
Minimum Certificate in Marketing
Must be ^amember of the Zambia

Institute of Marketing

COMPETENCIES a EXPERIENCE

Good communication and interpersonal skills
At least two years sales experience with a bias towards account management
Demonstrate ability to open up new markets
Able to competently demonstrate the subscription process and product use
Proficiency with MS word, excel a PowerPoint
Ability to meet set sales targets
High integrity and honesty

TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT:

The successful candidates shall be engaged on Commission basis backed by a mutually agreed Retainer.
