The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Zambia is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Senior Technical Advisor for Chinsali USAID/Zambia Health Office.
BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is in the newly formed USAID/Zambia Provincial Health Office in Muchinga Province. The USAID Project Management Specialist (Senior Technical Advisor) oversees the technical and managerial functions of the office. The provincial office will comprise a total of two (2) individuals: Senior Technical Advisor and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Advisor. This office is expected to grow to a total complement of 4 staff including a Technical Advisor and an Administrative Assistant/Chauffeur.
