Job Title: supervisory cooks assistant

Job Duties & Responsibility are, but not limited to, below;

• Maintain the kitchen, take stock, delegate kitchen staff, multitask, prepare orders
• Ensure all kitchen utensils and appliances are clean
• Ensure work areas are sanitized
• Keep the kitchen stocked and in working order
• Maintain food production records, notify when supplies are low, unpack deliveries, restock work areas.
• Ingredient and food portioning
• Prepare & cook ingredients
• Pack and prepare deliveries
• Store & dispense of food and waste in the specified way

Requirements

• Female, aged 30 & above with experience as a supervisor preferably in a kitchen setting
• Grade 12
• Fluent in English
• Experience in the catering industry.
• Must live within/near Lilayi.
