Warehouse Supervisor – KEDA Zambia Ceramics Company Limited

Coordinate and provide necessary leadership to carry out all activities with respect to warehouse systems and processes
Supervise, train, mentor and measure productivity of warehouse team in line with warehouse operational goals
Maintain a positive and close working relationship with other functions
Manage all system controls and supervise system transactions
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
Supplier relationship and development to optimize quality and performance
Managing overhead expenditure within budget constraints

If you have the following:

Minimum Degree in Logistics/ Supply chain or related field
4 years supervisory level experience in logistics, transport – related business
Working knowledge of computerized office systems, warehousing applications,
Budget planning and management skills

Excellent communication skills
Project and inventory management skills
Quality results oriented
Teamwork and cooperation
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
