Main Responsibilites

  • Manage the reception and assist visitors
  • Assist in maintaining of inventory for stationery, consumables such as office refreshments and timely ordering of the same
  • Assist in stock taking
  • Assist office staff as may be requested
  • Handle and account for petty cash and small office expenses
  • Ensure office utensils are kept clean at all times

Required Qualifications and Skills





  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Basic Computer skills required with ability to use email and word processing.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate basic office equipment such as computers, scanners, photocopier, printer and binding machine.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Presentable and able to interact professionally with clients.
  • Work experience in a similar Office Assistant position an  added advantage.
  • Knowledge on the use of E- commerce tools such as: Airtel money , Zanaco Express and Cash plus Agent
