Main Responsibilites
- Manage the reception and assist visitors
- Assist in maintaining of inventory for stationery, consumables such as office refreshments and timely ordering of the same
- Assist in stock taking
- Assist office staff as may be requested
- Handle and account for petty cash and small office expenses
- Ensure office utensils are kept clean at all times
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Basic Computer skills required with ability to use email and word processing.
- Knowledge and ability to operate basic office equipment such as computers, scanners, photocopier, printer and binding machine.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Presentable and able to interact professionally with clients.
- Work experience in a similar Office Assistant position an added advantage.
- Knowledge on the use of E- commerce tools such as: Airtel money , Zanaco Express and Cash plus Agent
