The MentalLiberty Foundation (MLF) is a registered non-profit social enterprise aimed at eradicating mental health care disparities by destigmatizing, de-westernizing, and raising awareness of mental health through culturally-tailored, experience-based interventions.

We are searching for a Social Media Manager (Intern) to represent us by spending 10-20 hours per week building a social media presence using the following strategies and tasks



1. Design flyers and posters



2. Work with our team to create partner and client outreach strategies

3. Manage out Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages

4. Create posts using our current content as well as create completely new posts to drive engagement

5. Respond to comments as a result of your posts

A Summary Of Responsibilities

1. Formulate strategies before taking any action



2. Create high-quality written and visual content

3. Build brand awareness by engaging relevant audiences and groups

4. Manage and monitor our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement

5. Analyze data to determine the effectiveness of social media outreach



6. Eventually run social media advertising campaigns

Required Skills

1. Experience with Asana (optional but preferred)

2. Experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar graphic software



3. Experience with WordPress and blogs

4. Detail to attention (very important)

5. Experience with content creation

6. Superb writing skills– no grammatical errors

7. Strong analytical and data analysis skills



8. MUST HAVE A LAPTOP AND GOOD INTERNET CONNECTION
