Job Title: Social Worker x2
Accountabilities
- Maintain a data base of all clients on the Family Preservation Program
- Assist in the implementation of Family Preservation Program activities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for the growth of the program.
- Compile all program reports as needed
- Coordinate and monitor the loans scheme
- Identify and work closely with existing structures within ACE catchment areas.
- Facilitation of the reintegration of children with their families and communities.
- Facilitation of ACE Transition Partners consultancy.

- The candidate must be hardworking and mature.
- He/she must be innovative, self-driven, passionate about empowerment of vulnerable children and families.
Specific skills
- Driver’s license (added advantage)
- Good planner, with budgeting knowledge and ability to pay attention to detail
- Solid written and grammatical skills
- Ability to run projects and initiatives independently
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from a recognized University.
- Two-years’ experience working with children in need of care and/or vulnerable groups of people.
- General community work experience is highly recommended.
- Must be a full member of SWAZ
