About the Role

As the Business Operations Data and Systems Coordinator, you will work with our client data management team to ensure data is correct and is available. Research and implement system changes to support evolving program needs.

You will report directly to the Business Operations lead

Responsibilities

Monitor, report on and improve Business Operations data quality and data processes. This includes regular reporting to country leadership and global team on key Business Operations Indicators, implementing quality control of all BizOps data and addressing data discrepancies with our client Data Management (CDM) team.

Perform weekly and monthly data reconciliations between bank/Mobile Money, roster, physical receipts and finance. This includes identifying any data discrepancies and working with the CDM team to resolve the discrepancies.

Provide accurate data for all such requests from both in country and global stakeholders.
Manage seasonal data processes such enrollment and input delivery and create dashboards that provide up-to-date KPIs for easy progress monitoring by project teams.

Provide first-level technical assistance to other departments, including system setups and changes and tool formulation to support proposed trials and other one-off projects.

Work with Global BizOps CDM team to prepare and run reports for bulk uploads, such as payment transfers, credit adjustments, order uploads, client bans.

Review audit and repayment data to identify fraud trends; adapt Client Investigation processes to investigate and gather information to discipline fraud in both cash and Mobile repayment areas.

Work with other departments and with BizOps in other country programs to find future solutions to improving our data processes, and to raise and resolve issues facing program data.

Implement and track claims resolution Service level agreements



Work with the CDM team to track and resolve claims through a standardized process as per agreed service level agreements

Provide first level support for tablets including taking the lead in configuration, and simple issue resolution. Manage escalated issues, working with tech to bring them to a quick close.

Qualifications



Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:

Undergraduate university degree.
Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) , SQL or any other data analysis and reporting tool
Troubleshoot and remote problem identification capability
Typing speed is at or above 30 words per minute
Analyze, model and interpret data
Project management skills and previous team management experience added advantage
English required – additional Zambian languages preferred (specifically Bemba, Tonga and Nyanja
