PKF ZAMBIA has an opportunity for an individual who is forward thinking and has a passion to assist business owners in growing their business to its full potential.

Purpose of the role

To identify, advise and assist entrepreneurs with Growth Advisory Services to help them to grow in all facets of their businesses. To continuously develop the Growth Advisory division into a profitable and value added service within the PKF Network.

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • MBA, CIMA (Chartered Management Accountant) degree or a Chartered Accountant Qualification.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Advisor / Management Consultant.
  • Strong background and skills in strategic management.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Sell Growth Advisory services to existing PKF clients as well as sourcing of new clients.
  • Provide Growth Advisory services to clients to facilitate business growth.
  • Train and guide new Growth Advisory employees and/or Business Advisors.
  • Work directly with the international Lead Partner for Growth Advisory Services development.
  • Report directly to the Managing Partner regarding growth in Growth Advisory division.
