The successful candidate will be required:
- To transportation of Client’s goods must be properly loaded and all care taken to ensure
the prompt and safe delivery of the same. - To ensure that all paperwork is correct and agrees with the goods loaded. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to the Head of Middle Office Land Freight
- To ensure that any load being carried does not exceed the weight the vehicle is properly able to carry.
- To ensure that a clear and proper signature is obtained from Client or representative at destination.
- To ensure that all Safety Rules and Regulations are adhered to
Minimum Qualification
Certificate in Mechanics, full Grade 12 certificate; relevant training like Defensive and/or PSV driving or its equivalent with 2 year’s work experience in the similar position. He/She will report directly to the Head of Middle Office Land Freight.
