Planning and scheduling property sales and valuations
Preparation of Agreements of Sale and property files
Liaising with sellers, buyers, conveyancers and other related people

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Urban and Rural Planning/ Surveying
Membership of Zambia Institute of Estate Agency (ZIEA) is a must
Membership of Surveyors Institute of Zambia (SIZ) – Valuation Chapter is an added advantage
3 years experience in Real Estate Management / Sales / Property Management
